  1. Fill out the event form below and click Submit when complete.
  2. Download or email yourself a copy of the contract. Sign the contract and email it to Eleanor Senkpiel at elanorfumc@att.net. You may also mail the signed contract to First United Methodist Church of Oak Lawn 100th Street and Central Avenue 60453.
  3. When the signed contract is received, a parish representative will contact you to finalize payment and event details.

Rental Information and Pricing

Tables (no charge)

Rectangular banquet tables. Each table seats eight. Event host is responsible for setup and takedown of tables.

Chairs (no charge)

Event host is responsible for setup and takedown of chairs.

Sanctuary
Fellowship Hall

The Fellowship Hall is $300 for four hours, and $50 per additional hour. The Sanctuary is $300 per day.

Wedding service includes sanctuary and adjacent rooms for staging. Pastor's fee includes pre-marital preparations and ceremony.
